We are off to China tonight to try and sign a deal to build a huge manufacturing plant in the city of Dalian. If by some miracle or by smart negotiation, we manage to pull this deal off, it will mean a lot of work for one of the moving services companies. It will mean a constant flow of men and equipment up and down from Europe to China, and some firm of moving services will be heavily involved.

I would say that we should sign up the moving services as soon as we know if our bid is successful and hand over the entire subject of logistics to their responsibility. It will be the moving services who will have to determine what equipment is needed on site at any particular time, as long as we stick to the main construction schedule.

Like all major building projects, time is critical. Construction is not only a matter of casting concrete and building walls; a very large part is that of fetching and carrying and that is why we are now enlisting the aid of a large group of moving services to help us.
