Movers and political friction
A number of complaints have been accruing lately concerning movers and political friction in various countries. It seems to be that certain movers who were conveying freight in a number of Arab countries had got into political arguments with locals. Obviously everybody holds views about various political items and clearly people must discuss and talk, but when do these discussions become overheated? One thing is clear: the movers, who cross borders into other countries, in this case into Arab countries, should be forewarned not to get into radical debates. Movers not only represent their countries of origin but also have the good name of their company to consider. If they get into serious political arguments there could be consequences for the company. For example, business ties could be broken and economic consequences could cause havoc for the various companies involved. It seems that the time has come to inform movers that their job of transportation is of the highest priority
once they are on the road, and that any discussion with locals could result in bad business for the companies. Movers who break this standard of behavior should be punished in some manner. Perhaps they should not be sent abroad as drivers for a specific period of time.
