When moving companies don't deliver the goods
It might sound like some ludicrous situation, but what do the clients do if the moving companies don't deliver the goods? According to the complaints' sites, this is not an uncommon occurrence. People have begun complaining that they ordered goods to be delivered by various moving companies, and the result was that the goods never arrived. Naturally the client refers back to the moving companies involved and demands to know the reason for this action, or lack of action. You'll find this hard to believe, but a number of moving companies have simply denied ever receiving such delivery notices – this is of course after they had previously pocketed the cash. At no point in the entire delivery process, did the particular customer we interviewed, ever receive the status of his goods. In actual fact the goods in this case did eventually arrive, but with after a two-day late delivery. The customer claimed that despite all his actions and complaints he never received any for of compens!
